WIBternship
The WIBternship is HUWIB’s completion-based comp process designed to welcome new members and explore the many ways to define what it means to be a woman in business. Throughout the program, WIBterns attend weekly panels focused on many key industries, including Finance, Marketing, Social Impact, and Sports and Entertainment. In addition, they collaborate on a small group project that simulates dynamics of an executive team.
Mentorship
The Women in Business Mentorship Program connects underclassmen eager to explore the business world with experienced upperclassmen mentors who can offer guidance on everything from recruiting and resume building to navigating Harvard life. Whether you’re a mentee ready to learn or a mentor excited to give back, we can’t wait to see the incredible connections and growth that come from this community.
Career Development Events
Our Career Development Committee empowers members through exclusive info sessions with sponsors, hands-on skill workshops, and inspiring speaker events. This year’s highlights include Real Estate Talk with Emma Hernan (Netflix’s Selling Sunset), Marketing 101 with Kulani Kinis’ Jemma Sears, and a fireside chat with Dormify founder Amanda Zuckerman. We also partner with HBS professors for interactive classroom sessions—helping WIB members build skills, confidence, and connections for success.
