Each year, WIB hosts two annual business education conferences in the fall. The Intercollegiate Business Convention (est. 2004) invites undergraduate women to learn from inspiring professionals across a wide range of industries through a day of robust paneling and opportunities to engage directly with the professional world’s most elite female leaders. The Business Oriented Leadership Development Conference (est. 2017) opens the door for young women in high school to explore careers in business through a speaker series of accomplished professionals and interactive educational opportunities.
