*Overview of Internship Program *
The Silver Lake Summer Analyst program is a 10-week program, which provides
rising seniors with an opportunity to evaluate and actively participate in
private equity transactions. Since deal teams are generally small, summer
analysts will be exposed to a variety of responsibilities including
financial modeling, conducting industry and business due diligence,
interacting with management, and working with advisors.
*Overview of Analyst Program *
The Silver Lake Analyst program is typically a two-year program, which
provides college graduates with an opportunity to evaluate and actively
participate in private equity transactions. Since deal teams are generally
small, analysts will be exposed to a variety of responsibilities including
financial modeling, conducting industry and business due diligence,
presenting investment ideas, interacting with management, and managing
relationships with advisors.
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s degree, expected to graduate in 2022 (Internship) / 2021
(Full-Time)
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Understanding of accounting and corporate finance
- Relevant experience preferred (e.g. investment banking, consulting,
private equity)
- Interest in technology and technology investments
