The Allies Program is an interactive platform created for students to openly speak about various inequalities in the workplace. Originally created to discuss the gender inequalities in the workplace, the Allies Program has since transformed to encompass the many issues of inequality that people face at work. Our mission is to generate awareness about the inequalities of the gender, race, and LGBTQIA+ communities in the workplace.

Individuals who attend at least two of the three themed discussions will receive a certificate at the Graduation event affirming their status as a “WIB Ally”--individuals who made a commendable commitment to educating themselves about the realities of and ways to combat the inequalities permeating today’s workplace.
